What is this site?

SuperintelligenceLicensing.com is a reference on licensing and frontier AI, in both senses of the word. One sense is permission from a government: licensing, registration, and reporting rules for the most capable AI models, and export licenses for the chips and model weights behind them. The other is the licenses that govern AI itself: the terms on open-weight models and the deals for training data.

The site explains what the rules say, who they cover, and when they apply, and links its sources, using the primary text wherever it can be opened. It does not lobby for or against any rule, and it is not legal advice.

How are the guides written and checked?

  • Primary sources first. A rule is described from the statute, regulation, official guidance, court filing, or license text, with a link. News coverage, law firm summaries, and other secondary sources are used for context or when the original is not available, and the source list names them for what they are.
  • A separate fact check. Before a guide is published, a separate fact-checking pass checks each claim, date, and quotation against its source. Some sites block automated access. When a source cannot be opened, the claim is checked where possible against an archived copy or another source, and the source list names that copy or source; otherwise the claim is attributed to the outlet that reported it, or cut.
  • Dates on everything that moves. Laws get delayed, amended, enjoined, and repealed. Each guide shows the date it was last updated, time-sensitive claims say when they were true, and a rule that has been proposed but not adopted is labeled as a proposal.
  • How AI is used. These guides are researched, drafted, edited, and fact-checked with AI tools, each step run separately so the fact check is not grading its own draft. No outside subject-matter expert has reviewed the guides, and none is claimed.

Who publishes it?

The site is published by ZSKFL Management. The same publisher runs SuperintelligenceDefinition.com and SuperintelligenceCompliance.ai (related publications) and operates other websites, including health information sites. The full picture is on the ownership and disclosure page.
